How it works

How a visit works.

  1. Tell us what is happening

Call or send the form. Noises, warning lights and when it happens all help.

  2. We inspect and explain

We find the cause and walk you through what we found in plain language.

  3. You decide

You choose what gets done now and what can wait.

Check engine light

That light is telling you something.

A steady light means get it checked soon. A flashing light means ease off and call. We read the codes, test the parts and tell you what is actually wrong.

How diagnostics work

More ways we help

Beyond the repair.

Towing help

Car will not start or is not safe to drive? Call (555) 010-0142 and we will help you get it to the shop.

We can point you to a local towing service and let you know when to expect the car.

Fleet & work vehicles

Company cars, vans and light trucks kept on a maintenance schedule, so they spend less time off the road.

One point of contact, service reminders and a record of the work on each vehicle.

Financing for bigger repairs

Spread the cost of a larger repair over time instead of paying all at once.

Ask about payment options for larger repairs when you call.

FAQ

Common questions.

Still wondering about something? Call (555) 010-0142 or send us a message.

How do I know if my brakes need attention?

Common signs are squealing or grinding, a soft or low pedal, vibration when you stop, or the car pulling to one side. If you notice any of these, have the brakes inspected soon.

My check engine light is on. Is it safe to drive?

A steady light usually means the car can be driven to a shop soon, but the cause should be diagnosed. A flashing light often means a misfire that can damage the catalytic converter, so limit driving and get it checked as soon as possible.

How often should I change my oil?

Follow the interval in your owner's manual or your car's oil-life monitor. Short trips, extreme temperatures and towing can shorten it.

Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are recommended so we can plan time for your car. The quickest way to get on the schedule is to call (555) 010-0142 or send the appointment form.

Will I know the cost before work starts?

Yes. We explain what we found and what the repair involves, and you approve the work before it starts.

Do you work on my make and model?

We see most cars, SUVs and light trucks. For specialty or classic vehicles, call (555) 010-0142 before you book.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards and cash.
